  18. Take 1 tsp schezwan chutney
  19. Prepare as required Grated cheese
  20. Get 2 tbsp oil/ghee
  21. Get 1 tbsp paneer masala
  22. Prepare For Garnish-
  23. Take as required Sliced cabbage
  24. Make ready as required Sliced beetroot
  25. Make ready as required Cheese
  26. Get as required Tomato ketchup
  27. Prepare some Coriander leaves

  1. For stuffing: In a pan heat ghee as it heats add jeera. Then add onion as onion turns pink in colour add capsicum saute for 2min then add cabbage and salt mix them together let it cook for 10min. Then add ginger garlic paste, all 3 sauce, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, chat masala powder mix them all together cook for another 2 mins then turn off the gas.
  2. Now take regular roti. Apply ketchup and schezwan chutney together, sprinkle little panner masala. Then on one side put ready stuffing add grated cheese on top of it and fold into half as shown in the pic.
  3. Heat tawa add ghee as it heats place the stuffed roti on it. Roast it on both sides till it turns golden brown like a sandwich.
  4. For serving: Cut it into 2 half. In a plate place above quesadillas garnish it with cabbage, beetroot, cheese and serve it with ketchup.
