- In a pan heat 1tbsp of oil add mustard seeds…When they sputters…Add urad dal..Fry till golden brown…Add curry leaves and asafetida….Stir and add cooked peanut…Saute for a min on medium flame.
- Add prepared sundal powder mix…(add salt if needed) Add grated coconut saute for a while..and switch of the flame.
- Serve delicious peanut sundal.
