Once it has curdled remove from flame.Add few ice cubes or chilled water to the chena.Allow it to cool and rest for 15 minutes so that chena becomes soft.Place a muslin cloth over the sieve and strain out the whey.Reserve this water to knead atta dough or add in curries.Chop 1 mango and make a paste of it.
- Heat ghee in a nonstick wok.Add mango pulp and sugar.Meanwhile add milk powder to chenna and knead with your palm for 10 minutes until smooth.Add this to the mango pulp and stir continuously till almost dry and smooth but not grainy.Add pinch of cardamom powder but optional.
- Divide dough into equal balls.Grease moulds and press a ball on it.Otherwise make round balls and pinch a nut in the centre.Serve this delicious and flavourful melt in mouth dessert chilled after meals.
