- Get 1 Chopped onion

- Peel and grate potato coarsely.Squeeze potato and take out water.Keep grated potato in a covered bowl.Discard water.
- Grate cheese also.
- Mix it in grated potato.
- Mix in chopped coriander,black pepper,green chilli,grated carrot and salt.Mix it well.
- Heat a non stick skillet pan.
- Put some butter. Put onion and saute it till translucent. Now spread potato mixture evenly and in round shape.
- Let it get fried for 5 min on high heat then lower the heat and cover the rosti and let it get fried on low heat for 10 min.
- Flip it very carefully.
- Let the other side also get brown.
- Remove the lid and Make it crispy by pressing with spatula.
- Potato herb rosti is ready.
- Eat and serve it with sour cream dip.
