- Add chhena to mixing bowl, add milk and sugar powder,mix it then take out 2 tbsp mixture in another bowl and add cocoa powder.
- Mix it properly, apply ghee to the dish for steaming this mixture and then pour brown mixture to it.
- Now on this layer pour white mixture and put in steamer for 20 minutes
- Once steamed completely let it cool for sometime then refrigerate for half an hour.Cut into squares and Delicious layered sandesh is ready to eat.
