- Soak peas overnight, then drain water and cook in pressure cooker. Add salt and wait for 4 whistles.
- In another pan heat oil hot and add whole masala. Let it crackle and then add jeera, lred chilli, Kadhi patta, hing and stir.
- Add ginger garlic chilli paste and stir it, add onion and stir untill it's raw and aroma comes out. Then add peas, add turmeric and stir. Now afd green chillic and garlic and fresh Coriander. Last add lemon juice. Switch off the flame and mash boiled potatoes, add salt, fresh Coriander and chilli paste,t salt green garlic ginger paste, add cornflour
- Mix all together till it bolls. Take potato mixture and flatten it and fry on tava. Transfer to a plate in a plate. Add patties then put ragada then apply grreen chutney, apply mithi chutney, put chopped onion, sev and pav. Last garnish with Coriander and green lgarlic
