- Add all grated vegetables along with salt and cook.
- Bring out the mixture and mix well with other ingredients.
- Now divide the dough into four balls, stuff the ball with grated cheese and make it flat.
- Gently shallow fry it on tawa till golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lachaa salad.
