- Take 1 cup mangoes pulp

Instructions to make Mango Cake:
- Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda. - - Grind cinnamon to get fresh powder. - - Chop mango cubes and grind with 2 tbsp milk to get 1 cup of pulp.
- Mix the oil,sugar powder and half cinnamon power and whisk till the sugar mixed with oil.
- Add the mango pulp and half cup of milk. Beat till the pulp mixed with the milk and getting fluffy.
- Mix the milk powder to the mixing bowl and whip.
- In the meantime grease the baking tin. Mix the remaining cinnamon powder with the pulp mixture in the mixing bowl.
- Add the wheat flour mix gradually,to the batter and use the rest of the milk to get a cake consistency.
- Make the batter fluffy by beating for some time. Then transfer the cake batter to the grease pot.
- I baked in a kadhai,covered,in low heat for 90 minutes. Check the cake,once in a while, without removing the cover.
- Remove from flame and allowed to cool naturally, then de-mould the cake, cut it. Serve and enjoy. - Thanks
- Notes* - *As the mangoes taken hear very sweet, so less sugar is used. - - *The amount of baking soda and baking powder I have used was accurate for the cake,I baked. You may use as you require. - *Butter around 80-100 gm can be used instead of oil. - *All purpose flour may be used. - *The cake could be baked in pressure cooker /microwave.
