- Take capsicum and cut open from the top and deseed it. Fill it with potato masala. Preheat oven to 200*C for 10 min. Take oven proof tray, line it with foil paper. Arrange stuffed capsicum in the tray. Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven.
- Bake and grill for 30 min. Then turn the side and again bake for 20 min. Then again turn the side and bake for 10 min. Take it out of the oven. Transfer capsicum with spoon in the serving tray. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
