- Finely chop all the veggies and take in a mixing bowl. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped green coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and bread crumbs (2tbsp). Mix all very well.
- Divide in 4 equal parts, make balls and flatten with palms to give shape of the tikki, roll them in bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Mix corn flour and maida. Add little water to make slurry. Dip the prepared tikkis in slurry and again coat the tikkis with bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Heat up the oil on medium flame. Deep fry all the prepared tikkis on medium flame till they turn golden brown from both sides. Remove on paper napkin to drain excess oil.
- Take one burger bun and slice it horizontally in two parts. Roast both the slices with butter on tawa.
- Assembling Burger : Apply some mustard sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup on bottom part of the bun. Keep some lettuce leaves on it. Keep one prepared tikki on lettuce leaves, followed by tomato slices and onion slices. Put some sauces and then some mayonnaise. Cover with the top part (slice) of the bun.
