  1. Heat a pan with oil. Splutter mustard, urad dal and curry leaves. Add the finely chopped ginger and green chillies. Saute for a second.

  3. Finally add fresh coconut and give it a quick mix. Add lemon juice and switch off the flame. Serve hot.
