  1. Peel and grate potato.Heat butter in a pan when melt add chopped onion. Chopped chilli saute and spread in a pan saute on a slow flame till it look transperant.
  2. Now grate and spread (I used ricotta) cheese and spread grated potatoes. Sprinkle pepper coursly grinded and salt. Cover and cook on slow flame. 1-2min.
  3. Now make a mixture of grated cheese chopped coriander and chilli and spread on potatoes cover and cook 1-2min. Or cheese melt turn another side and check. Transfer in serving plate.
