The ingredients needed to make Prawn Pasta:
  1. Get 2 stalks Parsley
  2. Prepare 2/10 of butter cube
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  4. Prepare 1 L Thickening cream

  6. Prepare Pasta (Linguini or Angel Hair)
  7. Take Prawn
  8. Take Salt and Pepper

Instructions to make Prawn Pasta:
  1. Boil pasta in a separate pot with salt and little bit of oil (olive). When pasta is about 75% cooked, remove from heat and set aside. Keep it soaked in the water.
  2. In a small pan, sauté prawn with 1/10th butter (not too cooked) and put aside
  3. In bigger a bigger pan, sauté garlic with remaining butter until aroma comes out. Add salt (1 tsp).
  4. Pour in thickening crème with 2 tbsp pasta water and let boil for awhile
  5. Take the set aside prawn to add into the cream sauce
  6. Add mushroom powder to taste (1 tsp) if not salty enough add salt
  7. Add 1 tsp of cheese to sauce to thicken slightly
  8. Drain pasta with drainer, then add into the cream sauce.
  9. Add parsley into sauce. Turn off heat. Mix well.
  10. Pasta is ready to be served. (optional) Garnish with parsley
