- Place the cauliflower in a microwave/oven safe dish.

- Add about 1/4 cup to the bottom of the bowel and place in microwave for 10 minutes and then another 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 220c.
- Place the dish into the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until browned.
- While it's roasting make the sauce. Place a small pan over medium heat.
- Melt the butter (I also added a drizzle of olive oil). Add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Next add the parsley, black pepper and salt if needed and cook for another minute.
- When the cauliflower is cooked poured the sauce over the cauliflower and enjoy.
