- In blender process dry ingredients. Do not over process. Place in large bowl.
- Place wet ingredients into blender on high speed until smooth. Add dash of water as needed until smoth consistency with little to no chunks. Make sure you don't add too much water.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix well with poppy seeds and rolled oats. Spread into baking dish and make sure its compact. Press mix in dish with hands until tightly fit. Sprinkle more rolled oats over top if desired. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
- Keep stored in airtight container in fridge. Keeps one week in fridge.
