  1. Soak kidney beans overnight in water and pressure cook them with a little salt in water for 3-4 whistles.
  2. Heat oil in pan and add ginger-garlic- chilli paste.
  3. Saute it for a while, then add chopped onion and capsicum.
  4. Once onion is soft and light brown, add boiled and roughly mashed kidney beans with potato and all spices.
  5. Keep aside to cool down to room temperature. - Make oval shaped kababs and roll them in bread crumbs.
  6. Shallow fry them on non-stick pan or deep fry if you want, and serve hot with any chutney, ketchup or mayonnaise.
