- Properly wash all the vegetables and cut them in bite sized shapes and set aside.
- In a non stick frying pan add the oil and heat it properly, add the chopped garlic, chilli flakes and the whole dry red chilli.
- Now add all the vegitables and sauté on a high flame till these are half done.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, honey, salt and white pepper powder and mix well.
- To the dry mix add 1/2 cup water and let it come to boil.
- Mix the corn starch in some cold water and add the solution accordingly in the vegetables to thicken it up.
- Lastly add the peanuts.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
