- Get 2 ltr Milk
- Prepare 1 cup Sugar

- Take 6 Cloves
- Get 2 Tej patta / bay leaves
- Take 4 Green cardamoms

Steps to make Chawal Ki Kheer:
- Wash and soak rice for 1/2 hour.
- Now in a pan add ghee and add rice and stir the rice for 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk and take a boil.
- Reduce flame and keep stirring in between.
- Once the milk has reduced a little add the masalas to it.
- Cook till the rice softens.. Add sugar and cook for some more time.
- Take ghee and ghee roast the dry fruits and add them it kheer.
- Remove from flame and add salt(optional) Cool for 3-5 hours and then serve garnishing it with pista almonds and dry petals.
