- Heat up the oil in a pan on medium flame. Add garlic cloves and saute for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. - Now add whole dry chillies, roasted peanuts and roasted sesame seeds. Mix and saute for 4 to 5 mins continuously stirring.
- Further add dessicated coconut, salt and mix well. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down. - Once cooled grind it coarsely and keep in an airtight container.
