  2. Get 1 cup Yoghurt

Steps to make Fry Kaleji:
  1. Heat oil, add onion to fry golden, then add chicken liver and Garlic and Ginger paste. Cook for 5 minutes. Now add Red chillies powder, tumeric powder, coriander powder and crushed whole chillies. Cook and stir continuously.
  2. Add yoghurt and half glass of water. Low the heat and cover for 10 minutes. All the ingredients combined together and oil appears.
  3. Now garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves. It's done, and ready to serve.
