- Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until rice and Dal becomes mushy. After 40 minutes rice and dal mashed completely. Add 1/4kg of jaggery, stir it continuosly. Add 1/4cup ghee and stir well. Add 1/4tsp cardamom powder, pinch of edible camphor.
- Heat a pan with 1/4 cup ghee. Add 7-10 cashews and roast. Now add roasted cashews along with ghee in the Akkaravadisal and mix well. Add 2 tbsp ghee and switch off the flame. Now our Super Creamy Akkaravadisal is ready.
