  1. Firstly take a nonstick pan. Put oil. When heat the oil. Add ginger garlic chilli. Now add chopped veggies. Saute for 2-4 minutes. Now add rice. Mix it well.
  2. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder. Mix again. Add schezwan sauce. Mix it again. Cook it for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
  3. For Manchurian:- take a bowl. Add chopped veggies, cornstarch, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli. Mix it well.now make a round ball. Fry the ball. In hot oil. Until they become golden colour. Keep aside.
  4. After that take another pan. Put the oil. Add chopped ginger garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Then add 2 tbsp chopped veggies. Saute it again. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce. Mix it well. Now add corn slurry. Mix again. Then add fried Manchurian ball. Mix it very well. Add salt, pepper. Cook it for 2 minutes. Serve with schezwan rice.
