  7. Take 1 packet Rafhan jelly

  9. Make ready 100 gm plain pound cake

Steps to make Mango Custard with Jelly and cake:
  1. In a sauce pan add water and bring to boil. Add jelly and mix well. Boil for 3-4 mins and turn off the flame. Remove jelly in any bowl and freeze.
  2. Meanwhile In a big saucepan add milk. Reserve 1/2 glass milk in a bowl.
  3. Now bring milk to boil. Add sugar as desired. I added 7 to 8 tsp.
  4. Meanwhile in a bowl add 1/2 glass of reserved milk and custard powder. Mix well.
  5. Now use a whisk and keep whisking the milk with one hand. Add the custard milk mixture slowly and don’t forget to whisk along.
  6. Keep the flame on medium low and keep whisking the milk. After 5 mins milk will thicken and bubbles will appear in the milk.
  7. You can check the sweetness at this point and turn off the flame.
  8. For assembling add cake in the base, add custard then jelly chunks and top with mango chunks, cream and a few almonds.
  9. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
