- Wash and trim ends off green beans
- Bring a pan of water to a boil over high heat. Add green beans and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove beans and tranfer to a ice bath for 2 minutes.
- After the 2 minute ice bath dry beans on paper towels.Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a bowl whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire, chilli powder, black and cayenne pepper
- Divide green beans into 4 bundles wrapping each one with a half piece of bacon tightly. Place in a baking dish seam side down.
- Spoon the butter mixture over the bacon..Place in oven and cook 30 minutes. I brushed the butter mixture over the bacon 2 times while cooking.Enjoy!!!
