I'm sharing a recipe for kadhi which is one I have cooked for year now. It's a recipe from my friends mum. Sai Bhaji is a traditional Sindhi recipe. This dish is a powerhouse of nutrients as it is a combination of green leafy.

- For the Sai Bhaji - Wash and then Cut the Spinach leaves, green chillies
- Dice the onion, egg plant and Bottle gourd - Setup the cooker on the gas - Add all the ingredients in the cooker including the water
- Seal the cooker and let the mixture cook for 3-4 whistlesLet the cooker rest - Open the cooker, Mash the vegetables and add some hing. Sai Bhaji is ready
- For the Bhuga Chawar - Wash and Soak the rice for 30 min - Setup a cooker on the gas - Start the heat and add the ghee
- Add the tejpatta, Cloves, black pepper and sautee for a min - Add the sliced onion - Sautee the onions till dark brown or completely caramelised
