  1. In a tava add green chillies and roast them for 1 minute and add oil and fry the chilies about 1 minute and take it off and keep aside.
  2. Take tamarind and add water…keep it for 5 to 8 minutes….
  3. In a blender jar add peanuts,chopped garlic, cumin seeds.
  4. Coriander leaves, mint leaves, and salt to taste.
  5. Now add fried green chilli, and enough water and blend it…until it comes into a fine paste.
  6. After it completely blended transfer in a serving bowl.
  7. Now add tamarind pulp on it and give it a good mix.
