This Moroccan Lentil Soup is hearty, healthy and delicious ~ tender red lentils and chickpeas flavored with warm, fragrant Moroccan spices.   1. In a pan add jaggery and water and boil it until the jaggery is completely dissolved and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside
  2. And in another pan add wheat flour and roast until it turns into nice brown colour…and add ghee on it and mix
  3. When it's come into nice brown colour. Add jaggery syrup and mix..continuously and add cold water as required the consistency..
  4. And mix..continuously and then add cardamom powder and mix and let him to boil for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside
  5. Next in pan aad ghee and chopped dry fruits and fry for 1 minute and it turns into brown colour take it off and pour into HARIRA and give it a slowly mix
