  7. Get 6-7 tbsp oil

  10. Make ready 4 tsp mustard seeds
  11. Prepare 4 tsp cumin seeds
  12. Take 1 Pinch asafoetida (Hing)

  1. In a pan heat oil and add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin. Now add peanut and roast well till it becomes brown and crunchy.
  2. Now in this add curry leaves, dry coconut flakes, futana dal. Roast for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Now add rice flakes in it and mix well.
  5. Allow it to cool. Now add powdered sugar in it and mix well.
  6. Tasty Chivda is ready to serve.
