  4. Shift the Sooji in a bowl and add dry fruit mixture to the sooji.
  5. Slowly slowly keep mixing the dry fruit mixture to the sooji. As dates, Anjeer and kishmish are juicy dry fruits it will help in binding the ladoo at the same time the sweetness of these fruits will help us to make ladoo sweet enough. you can increase or decrease the quantity of dates and Anjeer based on the sweetness you need, the above-mentioned quantity is just enough for the types of Dates we have taken.
