- Take a pan add 2 Tbsp oil let it hot.
- Add chopped potatoes,Fry it till crisps.
- Another pan add 1 Tsp oil,let it hot.add mustred seeds,curry leaves,Green Chilli,saute it.
- Add onion,ginger pink it.
- Add tomato cook it 1 miniute.add turmric powder.
