- Peel 1 potato and 1 carrot. Chopped them into small size.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadai.
- Fry 1/4 cup nuts and remove besides.

- Add 1 chopped potato, 1 carrot and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. Saute it for 2 minutes.
- Now add 1 chopped green chilli.

- After 2 minutes add fried nuts.
- Add 1 tablespoon roasted cumin and red chilli powder. Mix everything very well.
- Filling is ready. Remove it on a plate and let be cool.
- Now take 2 roti and cut them into 4 piece.
- Take 4 tablespoon all purpose flour and 5 tablespoon water in a bowl and make a thick paste.
- Take a piece of roti and shape it in a cone. Apply the paste and press it. So it be stick.
- Make all cone at this method.
- Now fill the cones with potato filling.
- Sealed the cone with flour paste gently.
- Heat oil in kadai.
- Fry prepared roti cone till crispy.
- Remove them from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
- Apply tomato sauce on it with a spoon.
- Now put sev on the tomato sauce.
- Serve stuffed roti cone with a hot cup of tea.
