- Firstly cake a leftover roti and cut it in semi circle (half)
- Take a semicircle shape roti and apply same maida salary on edge and then stick it with another edges and make a cone. Make all cone same way and leave it for 5 min.
- For stuffing take a pan heat oil add chopped onion,green chilli, ginger and saute it. Now add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 min.
- Now add crumble paneer mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, garam masala,red chilli powder and mix well. Then add chopped coriander leaves.remove from flame and leave for cooling.
- Now take thin maida slary in a bowl take a cone dip in slary.keep ready all cone.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry all cone.till it become little brown and crispy.
- At a serving time dip the cone into tomato sauce and then dip into the nylon sev and kept pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves and serve to all
