Grease your hand spread the dough and cut from center and overlap and continue this procedure 3 to 4 times and then roll it a then cut it into pieces and make it into a sphere and make a hole in the ball then fry them on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes take them out and place them in the sugar syrup and leave 10 to 15 minutes then take them and garnish with pistachio.
