- cut carrots into inch long pieces. chunk onion and cur cherry tomatoes in half.

- put veggies on and around meat in pan. drizzle used oil over meat and veggies and drizzle Asian merinade over all.
- cover with foil. and bake for 30 minutes. internal temp should be over 170. o get mine up to 200 & you won't need a knife to cut.
- take foil off and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
