  6. Open the pot and set the rice out. Put another pot on medium heat, add in some oil and heat up slightly.
  7. Add in the diced vegetables and seasoning cubes. stir fry for about 3 minutes. Combine the rice and vegetables stir till it is well incorporated. Taste for salt and seasoning to know if its okay or there's need to add.
  8. Ready to be served with your peppered chicken.
