Steps to make Chivda:
- Deep fry the poha and keep it aside.
- In a kadai, heat up the oil and add red chillies and curry leaves.
- Now add the peanuts and roast it on low flame till roasted properly.
- Now add the salt,sugar, turmeric and chilli powder and mix it properly.
- Now add the sev and mix it.
- Now add the fried poha to it and turn the gas off and mix properly.
- Let it cool completely. Store it in airtight container.
