- Sprinkle some kesar strands, chopped pistachios and elaichi powder over it.
- Now put the vessel inside the cooker with a stand and water inside it or in a kadai or steamer and steam it for 30 mins in a low flame.
- Your milk pudding is now ready. Let it come to the room temperature then transfer it into the fridge for half an hour to set completely. Serve it chilled.
