  3. Now transfer the mixture into a flat vessel or in a tiffin box made of steel or alluminium.
  4. Sprinkle some kesar strands, chopped pistachios and elaichi powder over it.
  5. Now put the vessel inside the cooker with a stand and water inside it or in a kadai or steamer and steam it for 30 mins in a low flame.
  6. Your milk pudding is now ready. Let it come to the room temperature then transfer it into the fridge for half an hour to set completely. Serve it chilled.
