- Add the dashi stock, sugar, sake, and soy sauce into a shallow pot such as frying pan, then bring to a boil. Spread out the beef in the pan and simmer. Place the tofu at the bottom of the pan, and put the beef on top. Cover with a lid, and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add the green onion, and enoki mushrooms, and simmer for another 3-4 minutes, then done. Please sprinkle with shichimi spice if you like, and enjoy.
