Steps to make Poha Chivda Mixture:
- Take a deep kadhai. Fry the chivda little at a time in low medium heat till crispy.
- Heat the ghee. Add zeera. Keep gas flame to low medium. Let zeera splutter.
- Fry the csahew till golden brown. Add curry leaves and cook till crispy. Mix roasted moongphali and chana dal.
- Now slow down the flame and add all dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Add fried chivda, sev and dalbiji and mix properly. Cook in sim heat for 10 minutes flip flipping in between till you get a beautiful aroma.
