- Take wheat and suji add oil,salt and water..and make moderate dough…keep it aside for 15 mins and cover it with wet cloth…
- Take a small amount of dough Start rolling it and cut all the uneven sides..it will take a rectangular shape…cut that rectangle from the middle and then you will get two equal rectangles…make a slurry with 2 tablespoons wheat flour by adding water it will help you to paste the rectangles with one another..keep one rectangle horizontal with the help of slurry paste the other rectangle vertical then add the filling and fold it…first fold the sides of horizontal rectangle then the vertical…
- Once you have made all the pockets…brush oil if you want…or else you can bake it without oil too
- Arrange the pockets in microwave tray…it will be baked in convection mode…preheat oven at 200°C for 10 minutes…then keep the tray and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 200°C
