Steps to make Kadai paneer:
  1. Kadhai masala:- Take pan and make kadhai masala first. Put 1 teaspoon coriander(whole), 1 teaspoon black pepper(whole), 1 teaspoon jeera and 3 red chilli(whole) in pan
  2. On low flame roast them for 5 to 7 min. During roasting stir them regularly. Now turn off the gas. And take out all kada masala in one bowl and make them cold. After this grind it in the mixer.
  3. Cutting is very important in kadhai paneer. First divide onion into two equal parts. Chopped 150 gm onion in very very small piece. Another 100 gm onion cut in big pieces just four pieces of a onion. After That remove pieces of onion. Now cut tomato in big pieces and remove all seeds. You have to cut capsicum and paneer in long pieces.
  4. Take pan and put some oil in it. Add garlic and tez patta in it. After 30 sec put ginger in it and after 30 sec put chopped onion in it. After 5 min put all masaala starting turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder in it and stir it regularly. After 10 min turn off gas and put this mixer out and make it cold. After getting cold grind it.
  5. Now take another pan put some butter in it. Now mix onion(cut in big pieces) mix in it. After 3 min add capsicum. After 3 min mix tomato and cook them for 4 minutes. After this mix kadhai masala in it and cook for 2 min.
  6. At last mix grind mixer in it. Add water in very less quantity. Cook it for next 3 minutes your kadhai paneer receipe in ready. Taste it and tell.

This dish is prepared by sautéing paneer cubes & capsicum in an onion tomato gravy flavored with special spice.
