  2. Heat the pan add ghee, add whole garam masala stir 2-3 second add the onion and saute till golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomato saute 2-3 mins add liver mixture and saute till the ghee separate.
  4. Add Meat masala and 1/2 cup water cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Heat off.
  6. Garnish with green chilli, coriander leaves & tomato Julianne serve.
