- Make ready 200 gm corn flakes
- Take 1 cup roasted chana dal
- Take 1 cup peanuts

- Take 2 tsp sugar
- Take 1 1/2 tsp salt (as required)

Steps to make Corn flakes chivda:
- Heat the oil in pan on low flame. When the oil is hot add the little amount of corn flakes and deep fry till it becomes golden brown. Put it on tissue paper and keep aside.
- In the same pan deep fry the peanuts till golden brown. Put it on tissue paper and keep aside.
- In the same pan deep fry roasted chana dal till golden brown. Put it tissue paper and keep aside.
- In the same pan deep fry chopped dry coconut till golden brown. Put it on tissue paper and keep aside.
- Now grind 1/4 cup fried corn flakes with all above spices like red chilli powder, salt, citric acid powder,sugar, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder into fine powder. Masala is ready for chivda.
- Combined fried corn flakes, peanuts, chana dal, chopped dry coconut and masala in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Let it cool down completely. Store it in air tight container.
