- Melt desi ghee in a wok or pan.
- Add cashews and almonds and dry coconut and roast them.
- Now take them out.
- Now in the same pan or wok add green saunfs and saute them for 2 minutes.
- Now add chivda and roast it on sim till it changes the colour and it's rawness is gone.
- Add dry masalas and mix well on sim.
- Now add this chivda in roasted dryfruits and mix well.
- Let it cool.keep it inthe container and serve anytime you like.
