- Make maida slurry by combining water and maida. It should be as thin as milk. Take a bowlful breadcrumbs. Sprinkle some bread crumbs on a board. Place a cutlets cutter on it. Put the veggie ball inside the cutter. Gently press the ball with your finger to give an even shape of the cutter.
- Gently remove the cutlet from the cutter by pressing it out. Dip it in the slurry and roll it in the bread crumbs. Prepare all the cutlets likewise. Place them in a fry pan, pour 2 tbsp oil over it. Roast them till they are done. Flip and cook on the other side.
