  1. Take a deep non stick pan add oil in it. Then add fried grated potato, dried potato chips and keep aside.
  2. Then add mustard seeds, when the mustard seeds crackle add pea nuts, fried gram and saute for a minute.
  3. Then add broken red chillies and then switch of the gas.
  4. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, roasted coriander and cumin powder, grated potato and chips. Mix well.
  5. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add poha and mix well.
  6. Switch on the gas and roast the poha till it becomes crispy on low to medium heat.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onions and lemon juice.
