- When onion become soft then add chopped capsicum, green chili mix it and wait for 2 min, after that add tomato puree again mix all ingredients or wait for 2 min.
- Then add fried spices and small pieces of tofu then add salt, Garam masala mix it and leave it for 2 min after that your dish is ready to serve.
- Add coriander leaves for garnish.
With tofu, my plan was to put it in noodle, after looking some recipes in You Tube. This afternoon I got a temptation to make this kadai tofu. There are lot of variation in recipes, and I also looked up. Making veg kadai takes some more time than preparing kadai paneer as the veggies need to be cooked. But the results are too good and delicious.
