- Wash the boneless chicken and cut into small cubes.

- Reduce the flame and add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, sugar and mix well. Saute about for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Add corn flour slurry with little water and mix up well.
- Add fried chicken pieces and stir to combine well. Cook the chilli chicken over a low heat for few minutes until all the sauce is fully absorbed with the chicken. Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and turn off the heat.
- Serve chilli chicken hot with roti, naan or paratha.
