- Make ready Marinated chicken parts and liver
- Take Green & Red bell pepper
- Take White onions
- Make ready cubes Maggi
- Get Oil

Instructions to make AWARA Kebab:
- Pan grill your marinated chicken/liver with little oil. (I normally marinate with garlic/ginger paste, oil, curry, cubes and thyme). I pan grill for like five mins, and turn the other side
- Diced your green, red peppers and onions. Add in a pan with Maggi and cook for a min. The look is Woooow!
- You get your sticks, insert the Awara, green bell, meat, onions, red bell, Awara, red bell….. Repeat for all the sticks. Garnished with some grated cabbage, carrots and spring onions and Enjoy😋
