- To make sauce: heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadahi. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and green chilli saute for 2 minutes. Also, saute onion petal and capsicum on high flame for a minute.
- Further add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir fry untill the sauce combines well.
- Add cornflour slurry and mix continuously. Stir fry until the sauce turns glossy and thickens. Add in fried paneer and 2 tbsp spring onions and mix well. Serve hot as a starter or in lunch or dinner with fried rice.
- Note: I have shallow fried paneer cubes to avoid much oil but you can deep fry to make paneer more crispier.
